Mark S. Kaufman is a cum laude graduate of Amherst College where he majored in English. He graduated from The Law School of Columbia University in 1989. He is admitted to practice law in New York State, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (including its Internet Law and Trademark Committees), the Association for the Bar of the City of New York, and The Copyright Society.

Mr. Kaufman operated and managed The Law Offices of Mark S. Kaufman from 1995 until 2007, when he merged his practice into Kaufman & Kahn, LLP. He engages in commercial litigation, copyright and trademark law, and business contracts.
